1) Whether the people doing the program even did it, how strictly they followed it and how effectively they executed it 🏋🏽‍♀️
2) How well controlled the possible external variables (independent and dependent, yes I know what they are) were before they started the program and during it 🍺🧁🥗😴
3) How many people didn’t complete the program because they found it ineffective / unenjoyable 😒
4) How many of the people doing the program had previously been at a higher level of fitness / muscle mass and were merely returning to prior abilities. (See: The Colorado Experiment) 📉📈
5) What the participants would have achieved if they’d done a different program in that same time period 🤔
